Vision Flying Training Institute is inviting applications for the position of a qualified and experienced

AME Instructor

to join our Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) training division. The ideal candidate will have hands-on aircraft maintenance experience and a passion for training the next generation of aviation professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver theoretical and practical instruction in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Mechanical or Avionics stream as applicable) Develop lesson plans, training materials, and assessments in compliance with DGCA guidelines Instruct students on aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, safety standards, and regulations Supervise and guide students during practical training sessions/workshops Maintain training records, student progress reports, and attendance documentation Ensure adherence to quality standards and aviation training regulations Assist in the development and updating of curriculum as per regulatory changes Support audits, inspections, and institute-level academic improvements

Requirements:

Licensed AME or Degree/Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Minimum

5 years of practical experience

in aircraft maintenance or teaching Strong command of aircraft systems, maintenance practices, and aviation regulations Good communication and classroom management skills Previous teaching/training experience preferred

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with DGCA inspection and documentation standards Practical experience on live aircraft . Digital literacy and ability to use modern training tools

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
