xc3x82xc2x95 Plan and execute Capital and Revenue budget and cost control
xc3x82xc2x95 Allocate tasks and resolve teams' concern through daily work management.
xc3x82xc2x95 Plan and execute preventive maintenance plan.
xc3x82xc2x95 Guide the team in breakdown analysis and take sound ICA/PCA and appropriate counter measures.
xc3x82xc2x95 Maintenance and calibration of Machines and Equipment
xc3x82xc2x95 Implement TPM in Die Maintenance.
xc3x82xc2x95 Participate in TPM initiatives
xc3x82xc2x95 Energy conservation
xc3x82xc2x95 Tools and equipment Management
xc3x82xc2x95 Standardisation of Spares and Spare parts management.
xc3x82xc2x95 Perform Shop rounds for safety and 3S observations and encourage team to sustain it.
xc3x82xc2x95 Communicate with Body Shop for quality issues and tooling concerns and with Die Shop for activities regarding major repairs and new dies design.
xc3x82xc2x95 Explore and evaluate emerging technologies in die life enhancement through coating and plating.
