Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Skills / Competencies:

PLC programing Make: Allen Bradley, Handson Control logix5000 software. Online diagnostic, Trouble shotting & program modification. VFD programming, backup restoration, tunning, online trouble shooting. HMI Programming - Handson FT View studio. ROBOT programming, touchup trouble shooting. Knowledge about Network Topology - Ethernet network, Device net Network. Handle TCF equipment's - conveyors, Filling Machine, End of line equipment. Trouble shooting.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Adherence machine availability. Corrective and Preventive Maintenance. CBM and TBM methodology for improving machine availability. Initiatives and improvements to have better machine availability. MFMEA for machine cause identification and rectification. Adherence of TPM methodology. Ensure compliance to system and processes in respect to areas in the department to deliver customer and market desirables.

Experience

3 - 5 years of relevant Work Experience

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic / Instrumentation / Electrical
