AM/DM - Talent Acquisition - Sales Bulk Hiring - 3+ Years - Gurgaon
Location - Gurgaon
We are looking for a driven and strategic Talent Acquisition professional to join the HR team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, drive local-level HR initiatives, and support employee engagement activities. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with business leaders and help shape the talent strategy for your zone.

Responsibilities -

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for distribution channels
• Develop job descriptions, post roles, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, and direct sourcing
• Facilitate offer rollouts and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires
• Support strategic HR planning and recruitment reporting
• Promote the organization's employer brand in hiring markets
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR guidelines
• Partner with internal stakeholders to implement HR initiatives and employee engagement activities

Requirements -

• MBA/Postgraduate in HR preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or business HR roles
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and employment regulations
• Experience in handling frontline hiring is desirable
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities under tight deadlines
