JOB DESCRIPTION
I. JOB DETAILS
Job Title
Assistant Manager - Compliance
Reporting Supervisor
Manager / Head - Human Resources
II. JOB PURPOSE
To manage HR vendors and ensure statutory, contractual, and compliance adherence related to outsourced manpower by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agencies in line with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities

  • To manage end-to-end coordination with HR vendors including manpower suppliers, recruitment agencies, and service providers.
  • To ensure compliance of outsourced manpower with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, minimum wages, and labor laws.
  • To verify and maintain vendor compliance documents, contracts, licenses, and renewals.
  • To coordinate with vendors for timely deployment, replacement, and exit of outsourced staff.
  • To ensure adherence to SLAs, contractual terms, and service quality standards.
  • To conduct periodic audits and compliance checks of vendors and outsourced manpower.
  • To coordinate with Finance for vendor billing verification, payroll validation, and payments.
  • To maintain accurate MIS, dashboards, and compliance trackers.
  • To support NABH, statutory, and internal audits related to HR vendor compliance.
  • To handle escalations related to vendor performance, compliance gaps, and manpower issues.
  • To support onboarding, ID creation, induction, and exit formalities for outsourced staff.
  • To coordinate with Legal for contract drafting, amendments, and renewals.
  • To ensure data confidentiality and adherence to HR policies.
  • To participate in HR process improvements and compliance initiatives.
IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Measurable Deliverables
  • 100% statutory compliance of outsourced manpower.
  • Timely vendor onboarding, renewal, and documentation.
  • Zero audit non-compliances related to vendor management.
  • Timely resolution of vendor-related escalations.
V. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate / Post Graduate in Human Resources, Law, or Hospital Management
Experience
4 to 10 years preferably experience in HR vendor management and compliance in hospital or Healthcare industry.
Behavioural Skills
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Attention to detail and compliance orientation.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving and escalation management ability.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, and HR contracts.
Vendor management and SLA monitoring skills.
Strong MIS and reporting capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
Language Skills
English and Hindi
