AM/DM - Property and Casualty Insurance - 7+ Years - Bangalore
We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in Property and Casualty Insurance to join our dynamic team in Mumbai as Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager. Responsibilities: * Managing end-to-end operations in the Property and Casualty Insurance vertical.

• Evaluating and analyzing risks, underwriting policies, and recommending solutions to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Delivering exceptional client service by providing timely and effective insurance solutions.
• Analyzing market trends and competition to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
• Overseeing a team of 22 members while supporting the development of new insurance products and enhancing existing offerings.
• Managing customer queries and resolving issues efficiently while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.

Requirements: * A bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or related fields. MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Property and Casualty Insurance, with a minimum of 2 years in team management.
• Proficiency in understanding and managing insurance policy lifecycle - underwriting, claims, and renewals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and systems for managing insurance products and reports.
