A leading Automotive manufacturer supplying a variety of EPDM Rubber Parts & Sealing Systems E.g. Door & window Sealing Systems, to International Automotive OEMs.
Job Requirement:
Exp. 6 plus years of experience in program management and delivery
Qualification: B.E/ B. Tech/ M.E. /M. Tech`(Mechanical/Automobile)

Program Management & Delivery
Lead end-to-end program execution (APQP/PPAP, SOP to EOP) for automotive components.
Manage program timelines, budgets, and resources.
Act as the single point of contact for customers on program status, activities, sample submission up to mass production.
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and Tier-1 customers.
Coordinate with internal functions (Design, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance).
Manage change requests, contract reviews, and customer communications.
Drive VA/VE activities for cost optimization without compromising quality.
Coordination with internal team and customer for any flow of communication for the project.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong knowledge of automotive program management tools (MS Project, SAP, PLM systems).
Good management and customer-facing skills.
Good leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
