Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Monitoring of Body Shop production activity. Study of shop quality trends viz. Nova C Nova B, Global Demerit. Kaizens and productivity improvement projects. Corrective and preventive action for internal and external customer complaints .Safety audits and Safety rounds for the shop. Problem solving technique by using 7 QC tools, DOE. Problem solving thru QC story methodology. Ensuring smooth productionizing of new product and applicable quality standard
Competencies

Competencies:Welding Process Knowledge, Knowledge of DCP,PPAP,APQP, Knowledge of TPM, Knowledge of Hemming operation , Hemming Robot programming & Trouble shooting
