Job Title: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Production Planning & Control (PPC)

Location: Ludhiana

Salary: CTC ?50,000 - ₹60,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager for Production Planning & Control to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of experience in a fasteners manufacturing environment and possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of production by managing all aspects of planning, scheduling, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer deadlines and optimize resource utilization.

Monitor production processes to ensure they stay on track and resolve any issues that may arise.

Coordinate with various departments, including sales, manufacturing, and procurement, to ensure alignment on production goals.

Manage raw material and finished goods inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Implement and maintain efficient PPC processes and systems.

Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction.

Prepare and present reports on production performance and forecasts to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in Production Planning & Control, specifically within the fasteners industry.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly in the fasteners sector. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for production planning.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
