IT Operations Management (Incident, Problem Management and change management, creation of Knowledge Base)
Planning and Architecture design for implementation of systems.
IT Vendor Management
First Level support for Network
First level support for Application & Databases
Maintenance of IT Network Infrastructure and Data Center.
Competencies:
Customer orientation
Capability to interact with the business user and solve their IT problems
Basic knowledge of various IT streams; Network, Security, Database, Applications
Good Aptitude, Assertiveness, Communication skills
