Felix Hospital is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Homecare
to oversee and expand homecare services. The role involves managing operations, coordinating clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring service quality, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of homecare services including nursing, physiotherapy, attendants, and medical equipment.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, caregivers, and patients for smooth service delivery.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and quality standards.
Handle patient inquiries, service scheduling, and issue resolution.
Monitor service quality, patient satisfaction, and feedback.
Manage vendor and staff onboarding, training, and performance evaluation.
Support business development activities and achieve assigned revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and MIS related to homecare operations.
Ensure timely billing, collections, and documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong operational and people management skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Knowledge of homecare services, hospital operations, or healthcare management
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or relevant field
MBA/MHA preferred
Experience
3-7 years
of experience in homecare services, hospital operations, or healthcare management
Experience in managing teams and patient services is mandatory
