AM/DM - Financial Systems - 6+ years - Pune/Bangalore
We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Financial Systems with 6+ years of relevant experience in the Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with end-to-end hands-on experience in financial systems implementation, including UAT testing, system configuration, and post-implementation support. Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end implementation and management of financial systems, ensuring data accuracy, controls, and compliance with organizational standards.

• Partner with cross-functional and internal teams to integrate new financial systems, including system configuration, UAT testing, and go-live support.
• Monitor system performance, conduct issue analysis, and drive timely troubleshooting and resolution.
• Act as the subject matter expert for financial systems, providing user support, training, and clear system documentation.
• Drive process improvements by leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and system effectiveness.

Requirements: * Graduate in any discipline with 6+ years of hands-on experience in financial systems implementation.

• Strong exposure to end-to-end financial system implementation, including UAT testing and process automation.
• Good analytical skills with experience in financial tools and system workflows.
• Proven ability to manage projects, resolve system issues, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across global and cross-functional teams.
