Ao Benchmarking and implementation of world class technology for manufacturing

Ao Plan and ensure optimum utilisation of man and assets

Ao Initiating and Driving Cost Reduction Initiatives

Ao Preparing and Maintaining Monthly MIS

Ao Sound knowledge in CNC machines/PLC/Engine Assembly machines

Ao Sound knowledge in testbed systems like Water circulation, Fuel system,IASYS software and Dynalec controls etc.

Ao CBM and TBM methodology for improving machine availability

Ao Knowledge and hands on experience of EHS and OHSAS

Ao Implementing Low cost automation for improving productivity

Ao Initiatives and improvements to have better machine availability


Ao Adherence of TPM methodology

Ao Corrective and Preventive Maintenance

Ao MFMEA for machine cause identification and rectification

Ao Breakdown reduction approach by using ECRS methodology

Ao Quality Concerns resolution by QC Story methodology

Ao Actively participating in QCRT committee

Ao Inspire, lead and ensure healthy relation at all times with customer, supplier and employees within and outside department

Ao To have better employee engagement in the department for fetching optimum results

Ao Grooming and Enhancing Technical and function skills of officer through training

Ao ABC analysis of spares and machines

Ao Spare parts planning and procurement

Ao Budget planning (Capital as well as Revenue) and execution

Ao Responsible for keeping budget under control

Ao Resource planning for the department

Experience

12-15 yrs.
