AM/DM - Corporate Clients/Brokers - Employee Benefits - Bangalore

Join a leading insurance company as an AM/DM in the Employee Benefits (EB) domain, managing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients and brokers. Drive client servicing excellence, policy renewals, and business growth while delivering top-notch solutions tailored to client needs.

Responsibilities -

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and brokers in the Employee Benefits space.
• Manage renewals, policy servicing, and placement activities for large corporate accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams, TPAs, and insurers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare RFQs, negotiate with insurers, and provide benchmarking reports to clients.
• Conduct regular client review meetings and address operational issues promptly.
• Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Monitor claims and policy performance, providing actionable insights to clients.

Requirements -

• 4-8 years of experience in Employee Benefits servicing in the insurance/broking industry.
• Strong understanding of corporate insurance products (GHI, GPA, GTL, etc.).
• Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Experience in handling large corporate accounts and broker partnerships.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
