AM/DM - Claims - Commercial Lines - Non-Motor - 2-6 Years - Bangalore
Location: Bangalore
An exciting opportunity for professionals with 2-6 years of experience in Non-Motor Claims (Property, Fire, Engineering, Miscellaneous, Workmen Compensation).This role demands strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills to handle claims effectively, detect fraud, and ensure timely resolution.

Responsibilities * Handle and process Non-Motor claims (Property, Fire, Engineering, Miscellaneous, Workmen Compensation) from initiation to closure.

• Identify claim type, connect with insured/claimant, prepare requirement lists, and conduct video surveys to assess cause and extent of loss.
• Coordinate with surveyors, investigators, and network teams for accurate assessment and timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate MIS, documentation, and claim records in line with policy wordings, terms, and conditions.
• Draft claim notes, settlement recommendations, and repudiation letters, while managing escalations and detecting fraudulent claims.
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and network teams to resolve issues and ensure closure within TAT.

Requirements * 2-6 years of experience in handling Non-Motor Claims (Property, Fire, Miscellaneous, Engineering, WC) with strong knowledge of policy wordings.

• Proficiency in MS Office and claims management tools.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills (soft and assertive); multilingual proficiency (3-4 languages) preferred.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
