Duties and Responsibility

Installation & Configuration

Setup of AMCU hardware (milk analyzers,weighing scale, Stirrers, Remote Display, printers,Solar /Ups power System etc.). Configuration of AMCU software, calibration of devices, and system integration.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Regular servicing of milk analyzers and weighing scales. Troubleshooting issues related to hardware or software failures. Ensuring uninterrupted operation during collection times.
Data Management

Ensuring proper data capture (milk quantity, quality parameters like FAT/SNF). Syncing AMCU data with cloud-based Everest Application. Managing SIM/GPRS/Hotspot or internet connectivity for data transfer.
MCC incharge Training & Support

Training MCC/BMC incharges on how to use the AMCU and its cleaning importance. Providing support during collection hours if needed.
Compliance & Reporting

Generating and sending reports as required (Spare parts management. Stock reports, complaint report, etc.). Ensuring that the AMCU complies with dairy union or government standards.

Equipment Handled

Milk Analyzer (e.g., Eko Ultra Pro, Fatsacn, Lactoscan or Essea) Digital Weighing Scale Thermal Printer (for slips and receipts) Stirrer Embedded Tablet (for AMCU interface and operations) Power Backup Systems - Solar Backup, UPS, or Inverter Optional: CCTV , Computer, Biometric devices.

Skills Required

Good understanding of dairy industry workflows (milk collection, quality parameters, etc.) Basic electronics and hardware knowledge - able to handle servicing and installation Software configuration and troubleshooting skills, especially with Android/ Windows based applications Strong communication skills - ability to train MCC incharges Networking : including IP configuration, mobile internet setup, and data sync.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
