and coordinating with customers for renewals and service requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers regarding
AMC renewals
.
Explain AMC plans, benefits, and service coverage for
laptops and desktops
.
Follow up with customers to close AMC renewals.
Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
Coordinate with the service and technical team for service scheduling.
Handle customer queries related to AMC, service support, and renewals.
Achieve monthly calling and renewal targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience
as a Tele caller, preferably in IT hardware/services.
Must have hands-on experience with
laptop and desktop products/services
.
Excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language.
Target-driven and performance-oriented.
