Job Description

The AMC Technician will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all systems and equipment covered under the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). This includes conducting regular inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring optimal functioning of equipment and systems as per agreed service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on systems/equipment. Respond promptly to service calls and maintenance requests from clients. Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely. Prepare and maintain accurate records of all work completed, including inspections, repairs, and services. Monitor and manage spare parts inventory, and escalate procurement requests when necessary. Provide customer support and troubleshooting to ensure minimum downtime. Collaborate with other technical teams for complex issues that require escalation.

Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment/system maintenance, preferably under AMC. Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge of [specific equipment]. Familiar with service management tools and ticketing systems. Good communication skills and customer service orientation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
