Job Summary:



We are looking for an experienced

AMC Manager

to manage and control

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

for fire-fighting and fire detection systems. The candidate will be responsible for

AMC execution, service planning, client coordination, technician management, billing follow-ups, and compliance with fire safety standards

.

Key Responsibilities:



1. AMC Operations Management



Plan and manage

AMC schedules

(Monthly / Quarterly / Half-Yearly / Yearly). Ensure timely

preventive and breakdown maintenance

for: Fire Hydrant Systems Fire Detection & Alarm Systems Fire Sprinkler Systems Fire Extinguishers Ensure service delivery as per AMC scope and SLA.

2. Team & Technician Management



Assign jobs to technicians and supervisors. Monitor technician attendance, productivity, and service quality. Ensure technicians carry tools, spares, and service checklists.

3. Client Coordination



Act as a

single point of contact

for AMC clients. Handle client complaints, escalations, and service feedback. Ensure client satisfaction and contract renewals.

4. AMC Documentation & Reporting



Ensure proper documentation including: Service reports Inspection checklists Observation reports Compliance records Maintain digital and physical AMC records.

5. Billing & Commercial Control



Coordinate with accounts team for: AMC invoicing Payment follow-ups Renewal tracking Track AMC revenue and pending payments.

6. Compliance & Standards



Ensure AMC work complies with: IS Standards NBC Local Fire Authority requirements Prepare sites for Fire Department inspections if required.

7. AMC Renewal & Upselling



Track AMC expiry dates and initiate renewals in advance. Identify opportunities for: Additional services System upgrades Spare replacement

Required Skills & Qualifications: Educational Qualification



Diploma / BE / BTech (Mechanical / Fire / Electrical preferred)

Experience



3-7 years experience in: Fire-fighting / fire alarm AMC Maintenance or service operations Experience in managing field teams is mandatory.

Technical Skills



Strong knowledge of: Fire Hydrant & Detection Systems AMC scope definitions Preventive maintenance practices Basic knowledge of: AutoCAD Excel / CRM / AMC tracking software (Zoho, etc.)

Soft Skills



Leadership and decision-making ability Strong communication & coordination skills Problem-solving attitude Client-handling skills

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):



AMC service completion on time Client satisfaction & retention AMC renewal percentage Breakdown response time Payment collection efficiency

Preferred (Added Advantage):



Experience with

Fire AMC software / CRM

Knowledge of

Fire NOC compliance

Experience in multi-site AMC management
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?507,907.13 - ?800,000.00 per year
