We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented individual to manage our seller accounts on leading marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Account Management:
- Maintaining good standing on all platforms by adhering to their policies and guidelines.
- Monitoring account health, performance metrics, and resolving any issues that arise.
- Communicating effectively with platform representatives to ensure smooth operations.
- Listing Optimization:
- Creating and uploading new product listings with accurate and compelling product descriptions.
- Optimizing existing listings with relevant keywords, high-quality images, and engaging product titles.
- Utilizing advanced features like A+ Content on Amazon (optional) to enhance product presentation and brand storytelling.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Assisting with pricing strategies and promotions to increase sales.
- Monitoring inventory levels and managing stock across platforms.
- Providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce marketplace management, preferably with Amazon, Flipkart, or Meesho.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and SEO principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in computer skills and comfortable using online platforms.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
