The Query Management Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries over voice support. The role requires prior experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both domestic and international clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for USA and domestic customers
Resolve customer issues, queries, and complaints with professionalism
Deliver accurate and timely solutions while adhering to quality standards
Maintain proper documentation of all interactions
Manage escalations efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills
Excellent command over English and Hindi (spoken and written)
Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle international customers with confidence
Basic computer/system navigation knowledge
Eligibility
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support (mandatory)
Education: Undergraduate/Graduate and above
Candidates with proven voice process experience will be preferred
