, we are looking for a skilled and motivated
Amazon UK eCommerce Specialist
to join our Mumbai-based team.
As an Amazon UK eCommerce Specialist, you will manage and optimise our Seller Central account for the UK marketplace. You will be responsible for improving listings, running advertising campaigns, managing inventory, and driving sales performance through data-backed strategies. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who understands the Amazon ecosystem and can deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
Manage day-to-day operations of our Amazon UK Seller Central account
Ensure account health compliance with Amazon's policies and performance metrics
Maintain, update, and improve product listings and brand content (A+ Content)
Listing Optimization
Conduct keyword research and apply Amazon SEO best practices
Write compelling product titles, bullet points, and descriptions to drive conversions
Monitor listing performance and implement continuous improvements
Amazon Advertising
Set up, manage, and optimise Sponsored Product and Brand campaigns
Monitor and report on campaign KPIs (ACoS, CTR, CVR, etc.)
Implement strategies to reduce costs and increase ROI
Inventory & FBA Management
Plan and manage FBA shipments and inventory levels
Coordinate with internal teams to avoid stockouts and overstocking
Resolve stranded or suppressed listings
Data Analysis & Reporting
Use tools like Amazon Brand Analytics, Helium 10, or Sellerboard to track performance
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Customer Experience
Monitor and respond to customer messages, reviews, and feedback
Address complaints and manage product ratings
Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer service experience
Requirements
Minimum 2 years
of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central (preferably UK market)
Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and listing optimisation
Proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns with measurable results
Experience with FBA operations and inventory planning
Proficient with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Brand Analytics, etc.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
