Amazon Seller Central Specialist
to support and streamline daily account activities across multiple brands.
Role Overview:
This role focuses on the
end-to-end management of Amazon Seller Central operations
, ensuring that our clients' accounts run smoothly, listings are optimized and active, and account health is consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing Management:
Create, update, and optimize product listings including titles, bullets, descriptions, and backend keywords.
Ensure listings are compliant with Amazon's guidelines and policies.
Monitor suppressed or inactive listings and take corrective actions.
Inventory & Fulfillment Monitoring:
Track FBA inventory levels and create replenishment plans.
Create and manage FBA shipments and shipment reconciliation.
Monitor stranded inventory and inbound shipment issues.
Account Health & Compliance:
Monitor and manage account health metrics (Order Defect Rate, Late Shipment Rate, etc.).
Address and resolve performance notifications, policy warnings, or account flags.
Customer Service Coordination:
Oversee customer messages and coordinate with support teams to ensure timely and accurate responses.
Manage returns, refunds, and customer complaints through Seller Central.
Operational Reporting:
Generate and interpret business reports (sales, returns, feedback, stranded inventory, etc.).
Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
Issue Resolution:
Open and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support for listing issues, ASIN merges, stranded inventory, etc.
Track case resolutions and escalate when necessary.
New Product Launch Support:
Assist with setting up new ASINs, variations, and category approvals.
Coordinate with the creative/content team for image and A+ Content uploads.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years
of hands-on experience working inside
Amazon Seller Central
.
Strong understanding of Amazon's operational policies and platform tools.
High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
Fluent in
English (written and verbal)
with strong communication skills.
Proficiency in
Excel / Google Sheets
for operational tracking.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple brands/accounts.
Comfortable working in a
remote environment on Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Amazon tools such as
Helium 10
,
Flat Files
,
Report Center
, and
Business Reports
.
Knowledge of Amazon FBA and FBM processes.
Background in e-commerce, supply chain, or logistics is a plus.
