Position Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented
Amazon Review & Reputation Specialist
who will take ownership of monitoring review activity, safeguarding product reputation, and providing actionable insights that drive operational and product improvements. The ideal candidate has experience working with Seller Central, understands Amazon policies thoroughly, and can proactively manage customer sentiment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Review Monitoring
Monitor all Amazon listings daily for new reviews across positive, neutral, and negative categories.
Tag, classify, and analyze review data to detect trends, key phrases, product issues, and patterns.
Maintain a real-time dashboard tracking overall rating, review volume, sentiment, and product health.
Identify suspicious, fake, or policy-violating reviews and escalate for removal through approved channels.
2. Reputation Management
Develop strategies to maintain and improve overall product star ratings.
Work with customer support to address recurring issues highlighted in negative reviews.
Draft and manage professional customer response templates for brand-consistent communication.
Surface repeated quality or expectation gaps to product and QA teams with clear recommendations.
3. Customer Issue Escalation
Act as the central point of contact between customer service, operations, suppliers, and Amazon support.
Escalate urgent issues immediately to prevent rating drops and sentiment shifts.
Monitor return reasons, buyer messages, and refund triggers to identify root causes.
Collaborate with operations to fix packaging, usage, or quality-related concerns.
4. Policy Compliance
Ensure all actions and processes align strictly with Amazon Terms of Service.
Audit listings to detect misleading claims, prohibited phrases, or compliance risks.
Track and report fake or competitor-initiated negative reviews using proper escalation paths.
Stay informed on Amazon policy updates, enforcement trends, and account health protocols.
5. Reporting & Insights
Prepare weekly and monthly review analytics and sentiment summaries.
Highlight major complaints, trending keywords, and product-specific pain points.
Recommend improvements in listing content, packaging, user manuals, or product design.
Share insights with marketing, operations, and product teams to drive corrective actions.
Qualifications
Required
Minimum
3+ years
of hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central, brand management, or e-commerce operations.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present findings clearly.
Strong understanding of Amazon review policies, reputation risks, and compliance methods.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
High attention to detail and organizational discipline.
Proficiency with monitoring tools such as
Helium10, Jungle Scout, FeedbackWhiz, ZonGuru
or similar.
Preferred
Experience in customer support, quality assurance, or retention management.
Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry.
Knowledge of listing optimization, A+ content, and marketplace compliance.
Ability to write empathetic, professional responses to customers when needed.
