Role Overview:
As our Amazon Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient inventory oversight, and seamless support processes across our Amazon marketplaces.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in problem-solving, enhancing customer experience, and streamlining operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Operations & Inventory Management
Manage FBA inventory across UK & EU marketplaces, ensuring optimal stock levels.
Prevent stockouts & overstocking by forecasting demand and planning replenishments.
Coordinate with suppliers & 3PLs to ensure timely shipments and deliveries.
Optimize Amazon FBA fees & storage costs to improve profitability.
Handle inbound shipments, warehouse coordination, and order fulfillment processes.
Manage Amazon Seller Support cases related to logistics, inventory discrepancies, and fulfillment issues.
Customer Service & Review Management
Respond to customer inquiries via Amazon messages, ensuring fast and professional support.
Handle returns, refunds, and complaint resolutions while maintaining brand reputation.
Monitor & manage product reviews, engaging with customers to improve brand perception.
Implement strategies to increase positive feedback and reduce negative reviews.
Performance Tracking & Reporting (10%)
Track and report inventory movement, fulfillment efficiency, and order accuracy.
Provide monthly reports on FBA fees, storage costs, and cost-saving recommendations.
Work closely with the Ads team to ensure stock levels align with advertising efforts.
Analyze refund & return data to identify trends and improvement areas.
Who You Are (Ideal Candidate Profile)
2+ years of experience in Amazon FBA operations, inventory management, or customer service.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (inventory management, case handling, FBA fee tracking).
Ability to manage multiple Amazon marketplaces (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
Experience with Amazon FBA fee optimization & lost inventory reimbursement is a plus!
