Key Responsibilities
Manage Amazon marketplace operations for a UK-based client account
Respond to customer queries professionally and within defined timelines
Handle basic product and technical queries related to computer hardware
Add, update, and maintain product listings on Amazon Seller Central through the client portal
Manage orders, cancellations, returns, and coordinate related activities
Maintain accurate records and support smooth marketplace operations using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
Requirements
Basic understanding of PCs, computer hardware, and related components (processors, motherboards, RAM, storage, GPUs, peripherals, etc.)
Good written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or other e-commerce platforms (preferred)
Willingness to work shift-based schedules aligned with UK business hours
Experience
