Role Overview
The Amazon Specialist - Marketing & Merchandising will play a key role in driving Packt's paid performance and merchandising impact on Amazon. Working under the direction of the Amazon Marketing Lead, the role will focus on planning and executing monthly Amazon paid campaigns, briefing and coordinating creative assets, and delivering actionable insights through campaign performance analysis.
Alongside paid marketing, the role will own key merchandising activities such as maintaining and optimising Packt's Amazon Storefront, refreshing content, and monitoring conversion and traffic data to support decision-making across publishing Verticals. This role will also act as a key contact for liaising with Amazon to identify and resolve issues affecting promotions, product pages, and campaign delivery.
