Job Description

Himalya Quartz is an e-commerce business specializing in Amazon marketplace operations. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Amazon E-commerce Associate to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage product listings on Amazon.com, including creating, optimizing, and updating product content. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability. Handle order processing, shipment tracking, and returns. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain excellent ratings. Stay updated with Amazon's policies, tools, and marketplace trends.

Requirements:



Previous experience with Amazon Seller Central or e-commerce platforms (preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level roles). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Optional):



Knowledge of Amazon PPC advertising campaigns. Basic understanding of SEO and keyword optimization.
