will be responsible for scaling and optimizing the brand's presence on Amazon. This includes full ownership of operations, catalog management, growth strategy, advertising, inventory planning, and relationship management with Amazon teams to deliver strong sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Growth & Revenue Ownership
Own and manage the Amazon channel P&L.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans.
Track and optimize marketplace KPIs: sales, conversions, Buy Box %, ASP, returns, and profitability.
Drive strategic initiatives to increase visibility, conversions, and repeat purchases.
2. Amazon Marketplace Operations
Manage listings, product variations, SEO keywords, detail page quality, and category classification.
Optimize catalog content including titles, bullets, descriptions, search terms, A+ content, and brand store.
Monitor content compliance with Amazon guidelines (image specs, claims, keywords, etc.).
3. Amazon Advertising & Marketing
Manage Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
Monitor campaign performance, optimize ACOS/ROAS, scale profitable keywords.
Plan special promotions such as Brand Days, Lightning Deals, Coupons, and Prime Exclusive offers.
Optimize the Amazon Brand Store for traffic and conversion.
4. Inventory & Supply Chain Management
Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock planning, replenishment, and FBA/FBF shipments.
Maintain optimal inventory to avoid stockouts, oversupply, and splits.
Monitor FBA health metrics: inbounds, IPI score, fees, stranded inventory, and removals.
Improve order fulfillment speed and reduce cancellations.
5. Insight & Data Analytics
Perform daily/weekly performance analysis through Amazon Seller Central reports.
Track competition (pricing, assortment, deals, ratings).
Conduct SKU-level visibility and conversion analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare weekly/monthly business review decks for management.
6. Ratings, Reviews & Customer Experience
Monitor customer feedback, returns, and defect rates.
Ensure high product ratings through quality checks and post-purchase experience improvements.
Address negative reviews and customer issues through the appropriate resolution paths.
7. Relationship & Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with Amazon account managers and category teams.
Coordinate internally with marketing, design, finance, operations, and product teams.
Lead brand storytelling across the Amazon platform through enhanced creatives and campaigns.
