Amazon Connect Developer - Develop Chat and IVR customer self-service applications for a major Hospitality customer.
Experience (minimum 1-2 years) and proficiency with:
Amazon Connect (must have)
Lambda Functions (must have)
Javascript/Typescript
Lex Bots (must have)
S3
Dynamo DB
SQL
Experience with Amazon Bedrock, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering a plus
Other AWS Services a plus
Git or other source code control tools
Ability to understand requirements and convert into developed code
Must be able to communicate clearly with other team members and Customer, including providing status, discussing requirements, and technical discussions
Work Schedule:
8 Hours/day Mon-Fri
Ideally work US Hours, but minimum start time is 11am ET and end time is 3 pm ET. (Both developers must work the same schedule)
Tuesdays - Schedule will be shifted, as must attend meetings at 4pm ET (until 5:30pm) and also Tuesday Deployments are 10pm-12am ET
