Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer concerns via chat (80%) and inbound voice calls (20%).
Communicate confidently with customers from the USA as well as India.
Address issues, complaints, and service-related queries efficiently.
Deliver prompt, clear, and satisfactory resolutions.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with quality guidelines.
Required Skills:
Excellent command over English and Hindi (both spoken and written).
Should be confident dealing with USA-based customers.
Comfortable interacting with global clients through chat and voice.
Strong comprehension, quick typing ability, and solid problem-solving skills.
Basic computer and system navigation proficiency.
