Salary Structure:

Fresher:

?25,000 CTC

6 Months Experience:

?30,000 CTC

1 Year+ Experience:

?35,000 CTC

Incentives & Bonuses:

Minimum ?25,000 per month (performance-based)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer concerns via chat (80%) and inbound voice calls (20%). Communicate confidently with customers from the USA as well as India. Address issues, complaints, and service-related queries efficiently. Deliver prompt, clear, and satisfactory resolutions. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with quality guidelines.

Required Skills:

Excellent command over English and Hindi (both spoken and written). Should be confident dealing with USA-based customers. Comfortable interacting with global clients through chat and voice. Strong comprehension, quick typing ability, and solid problem-solving skills. Basic computer and system navigation proficiency.

Eligibility Criteria:

Undergraduates and above are eligible to apply. Open for both freshers and experienced candidates.
