to scale our performance marketing efforts.

Role Overview



As an

Amazon PPC Specialist

, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns (sponsored products, brands, and display) to drive visibility, sales, and ROI. You'll work closely with the e-commerce and marketing teams to plan, execute, and report on ad performance.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, launch, and manage

Amazon PPC campaigns

for skincare products Optimize ad spend based on

ACoS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate

Conduct detailed

keyword research

, bid adjustments, and negative keyword setup Monitor daily ad performance and create weekly/monthly performance reports Implement

A/B testing

on creatives and ad copy Work with graphic/design team to develop high-performing ad visuals and videos Analyze product listing performance and suggest improvements for better conversions Stay updated with Amazon algorithm changes, ad formats, and competitor strategies Coordinate with inventory and pricing teams for promotional campaigns (Prime Day, Festive Offers, etc.) Manage budgets across SKUs and campaign types efficiently

Candidate Requirements



1-2 years of hands-on experience in

Amazon Ads / PPC

Strong understanding of

Amazon Seller Central & Campaign Manager

Proven success managing

Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands & Sponsored Display

Knowledge of skincare/FMCG category is a plus Proficiency in tools like

Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Amazon Brand Analytics

, etc. Strong analytical skills with good command of

Excel or Google Sheets

Self-starter, performance-driven, and able to take ownership of campaign outcomes

Nice to Have



Experience in managing ads across

Amazon.in, Amazon.com

, or global marketplaces Exposure to

D2C and marketplace hybrid strategies

Worked with beauty, wellness, or personal care categories
