Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete Amazon account: from listing creation, keyword optimization, and content A+ to pricing, promotions, and account health.
Develop, manage, and scale Amazon PPC ad campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to drive sales and ROI.
Handle day-to-day operations of the Amazon marketplace, including catalogue management, order processing, and FBA logistics.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and listing optimizations to increase organic rankings and conversions.
Resolve issues related to account health, suppressed listings, product policy violations, and customer complaints.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to avoid stockouts and overstocking.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on performance metrics, ad spend, ROI, and growth strategies.
Liaise with Amazon support and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and operational tasks.
Requirements:
5-7 years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end Amazon Seller or Vendor Central accounts.
Deep understanding of Amazon PPC campaigns and analytics tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.
Strong command over keyword research, listing SEO, and A/B testing for conversion optimization.
Experience with Amazon FBA operations and inventory planning.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
