Manage daily operations of the Amazon Seller Central account
Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing, and A+ content)
Monitor account health, performance metrics, and customer feedback
Handle order fulfillment, returns, and customer service issues
Manage inventory levels and coordinate restocking to avoid stockouts or overages
Conduct keyword research and implement Amazon SEO strategies to improve product visibility and rankings
Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC advertising campaigns
Analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities, and provide regular performance reports
Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and resolve account or listing issues promptly
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, and logistics) to support overall sales goals
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing
Amazon Seller Central
accounts (experience is
a must
)
In-depth knowledge of Amazon marketplace rules, algorithms, and advertising tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
Proficiency with Amazon tools, spreadsheets, and reporting dashboards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
