We are looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager to manage and grow our business on Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end account management, sales growth, listing optimization, advertising, inventory control, and coordination with Amazon support to ensure smooth operations and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
o Manage daily operations of Amazon Seller Central & Vendor Central
o Monitor account health, performance metrics, and compliance
o Handle Amazon cases, claims, chargebacks, and escalations
Product Listings & Content
o Create, optimize, and maintain product listings
o Keyword research and SEO optimization
o Manage A+ Content, images, and product descriptions
o Coordinate with design/content teams if required
Sales & Growth
o Plan and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue
o Manage pricing, discounts, lightning deals, and promotions
o Analyze competitors and market trends
Advertising (Amazon PPC)
o Plan, run, and optimize Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD)
o Monitor ACoS, ROAS, and ad performance
o Prepare regular advertising performance reports
Inventory & Operations
o Forecast inventory requirements
o Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams
o Prevent stock-outs and overstock situations
o Manage FBA and FBM operations
Reporting & Analysis
o Track sales, revenue, profitability, and growth metrics
o Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
o Identify improvement areas and action plans
Required Skills & Qualifications
o 1-4 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central & Vendor Central
o Strong understanding of Amazon policies and best practices
o Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC
o Good analytical and Excel skills
o Strong communication and coordination skills
o Ability to work independently and take ownership
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
o Experience in scaling Amazon brands
o Knowledge of international Amazon marketplaces
o Experience with inventory planning tools
o Understanding of GST, invoicing, and Amazon settlements
