: Amazon Account Management Executive Job Overview: As an Amazon Account Management Executive, your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize the Amazon seller accounts for Upsell Ecommerce and its affiliates. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in managing Amazon accounts. You will play a key role in driving sales and maximizing the visibility of products on the Amazon platform. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Account Management: Manage and monitor the Amazon seller accounts, including product listings, pricing, inventory, and order processing to ensure optimal performance and adherence to Amazon\'s guidelines. Listing Optimization: Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings with accurate and compelling content to improve search rankings and conversion rates. Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Amazon Advertising: Implement and manage Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, to drive traffic and sales. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, replenishment, and restocking to ensure product availability and avoid stock outs. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews on Amazon promptly and professionally to maintain a positive brand image. Sales and Promotion Planning: Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute sales promotions, special deals, and discounts on Amazon. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, Amazon policies, and best practices to optimize the Amazon selling strategy continually. Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales, performance metrics, and advertising campaigns to track progress and make data-driven decisions. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Amazon account management or Amazon seller central operations. Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and associated tools. Strong knowledge of Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices. Familiarity with Amazon advertising and sponsored product campaigns. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office software.
