Amazon/Shopify Wedding Decorations Web-Store Management:

Oversee the day-to-day category by category slow launching of our Shopify web-store, ensuring it is functioning smoothly and effectively. Advise web designer on web-store updates, including product launches, promotions, and content updates, to maintain a fresh and engaging user experience. Ideate updates to homepage splash pages every month to keep web-store looking fresh and new for more positive returning customer experience.

Product Listing Copywriting & SEO Optimization:

Listings optimized for search engines to boost visibility using meta title, meta description, and keywords to drive organic traffic and sales. Manage product catalog organization, categorization, and tagging to improve searches and navigation. Manage Related product linking of related complementary items to support up-selling, cross-selling, or offering alternative options. Ensure Product Title, Short Description, Long Description, Marketing Text, features and specifications are properly cataloged based on the latest SEO strategies. Product Stories (Rich Content). Write engaging and thoughtfully crafted content to tell the product's story in a compelling way, fostering a strong emotional connection with buyers on a deeper level. Implement Bullet Point Strategy to Summarize Key Product Features for easy scanning. Monitor competitor listings and industry trends to ensure our web-store's competitive edge. Ensure all listings are up to date with accurate product details, images, pricing and specifications.

Product Image/Video Management:

Implement Image/Video management strategies to optimize product visibility and increase sales. Include Videos URL's for better engagement and product demonstrations. Write SEO friendly Alt-Text for images. Protect images and videos with watermarks.

Social Media Management:

Create and implement engaging posts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc. to increase website traffic and sales. Execute WhatsApp marketing, Create and schedule emails to increase customer engagement and increase website sales. Monitor competitor social media activity and ensure our edge in capturing sales.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Implement and optimize SEO strategies for the website and social media to improve organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to drive traffic and improve content visibility. Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools. Ensure all content is SEO-friendly and optimized for search engines.

Monthly Performance Reporting:

Web-Store

: Prepare monthly report to communicate web-store performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for achieving business objectives.

Social Media

: Prepare monthly report to communicate all Social Media accounts KPI's and plans to drive web-store sales the following month. Other tasks assigned per business needs.

Work from Home Requirements:

You are able to focus on work when working from home without distractions. You are able to answer phone calls immediately without delay or call backs. You have a recent model computer and minimally a 24" monitor. You have high speed internet and no electricity issues. You have a desk and a good working area capable of video calls. During your free time, you will be researching new solutions and learning about other successful strategies and improving your online e-commerce knowledgebase.

Working Hours:

9am to 6pm Indian Time Monday to Saturday. 1 Hour Lunch Break. You cannot be employed at multiple places and you cannot take on contract/freelance jobs while working for us. Our contract is for Exclusive employment.
