Meet and exceed key metrics like
response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for better service delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent written English and typing speed.
Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
Familiarity with CRM, chat tools, and ticketing systems.
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
Flexible to work

Education:
SSLC / PUC / Graduate (Any Stream).
Experience:
1+ year in International Chat / Digital Customer Support preferred.
