Develop training material, SOPs, presentations, and practice exercises.
Evaluate trainees' performance through assessments, quizzes, and practical tasks.
Provide ongoing support and refresher trainings to maintain skill proficiency.
Stay updated with Amadeus system upgrades, new features, and industry changes.
Assist in setting up training modules aligned with company needs and industry standards.
Guide staff on airline rules, fare structures, baggage policies, and ticketing procedures.
Maintain training records and provide progress reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2-5 years of experience
working on
Amadeus GDS
.
Prior experience as an
Amadeus Trainer
or Senior Ticketing Executive preferred.
Strong knowledge of domestic & international ticketing processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Ability to simplify complex GDS functions and teach effectively.
Proficiency in fare rules, RBDs, refund/reissue procedures, and ticketing guidelines.
Good command of English and Hindi/Punjabi (optional).
Preferred Skills
Experience with other GDS (Galileo/Sabre) is a plus.
Knowledge of holiday packages, visa procedures, or travel operations is beneficial.
