Assistant Manager - WFM Reporting-10years+ -Bangalore
Summary
A leadership opportunity for a professional experienced in HR reporting, HR data management, dashboard creation, and workforce insights. This role requires strong analytical capability, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive reporting excellence while leading a small team.
Location - Bangalore (Hybrid - 1 week a month in office)

Responsibilities * Managing and analysing HR data to ensure accuracy and relevance.

• Creating HR reports, dashboards, and Power BI visualisations for leadership.
• Setting KRIs and driving reporting processes for the HR function.
• Handling stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of insights.
• Leading a team of 2-3 members while also functioning as an individual contributor.

Requirements * 10 years overall experience with minimum 7+ years in HR reporting.

• Strong experience in HR data management and dashboard creation.
• Excellent command over Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Team handling experience of 2-3 years.
