About the Role:
We are Looking for Assistant Management - Vehicle Procurement (Telecalling Operations) for our Client to lead their telecalling team focused on procuring vehicles from individual sellers. You will manage the entire funnel from lead generation to vehicle acquisition, and play a pivotal role in scaling the supply engine.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Hustle: Own and energize a 1015 member telecalling squad reaching out to individual bike sellers.
From Hello to Inspection: Push leads down the funnel with smart follow-ups and solid pitch game.
Get Bikes Moving: Ensure smooth, on-time coordination for home inspections with the field crew. Seal the Deal: Own the action from inspection complete deal closed vehicle procured.
Negotiate Like a Pro: Drive high-stakes conversations and get sellers to say yes with confidence.
Coach, Don't Just Manage: Keep your team sharp. Spot gaps, run training, and boost performance.
Sync & Scale: Team up with data, ops, and tech folks to plug leaks in the procurement pipeline.
Let Data Talk: Track the numbers, draw insights, and take calls backed by data & instinct.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
34 years of experience in inside sales or telecalling-based procurement
Prior experience managing a calling team of 1015 members
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
Experience in product procurement is a big plus
