Key Responsibilities:
Manage full recruitment life cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding) for Support, Paramedic, and Front Office positions.
Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (job portals, campus hiring, referrals, agencies, social media, walk-ins).
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess skills, attitude, and cultural fit.
Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports for leadership.
Coordinate with background verification and medical check-up teams for pre-joining formalities.
Drive employer branding initiatives to attract and retain the best talent.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory guidelines during the recruitment process.
Manage relationships with external vendors and recruitment partners.
Support manpower planning and forecasting activities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
3-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in Healthcare/Hospital industry.
Strong understanding of hospital staffing categories (paramedics, technicians, nursing support, front office, housekeeping, etc.).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
