Office locations : Pune (Viman Nagar), Bangalore(Yeshwanthpur), Mumbai (Andheri), Kolkata(New Town), Vizag, Gurgaon.J*Job Title: AM/Sr.HR Executive*Currently Hybrid working Model: Monday to Thursday (Work From Home)Friday & Saturday (Work from Office) 2nd & 4th Sat OffNotice Period: Immediate - 15days MaxWork Location: Andheri MarolQualification: Any GraduateGender: Male/ FemaleExperience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in end to end Recruitment70% Recruitment & 30% Operation RoleResponsibilities:1.Identifying and hiring the right talents.2.End to end recruitments - Senior level/Middle level/Junior level3.On-boarding and Joining formalities4.Developing a pool of candidates and managing the database5.Developing and maintaining a good rapport with the stakeholders6.Mail correspondence7.Managing campus placements and handled walk-in drives8.Coordinate with the internal departments9.Utilising various recruitment tools to proactively source, attract, engage with, and pipeline talent10.Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring great candidate, and hiring manager experiences, as well as delivering tailored recruitment strategies to source, attract and retain the right talent at the right time.11.Understanding each business unit's recruitment needs through developing knowledge of business objectives, people requirements, and cultural environment.12.Develop and maintain effective relationships across the business with Hiring Managers. Promptly identifying challenges in hiring and problem solving for it.Profile Brief:1. Strong experience in building and managing relationships with Hiring Managers with the ability to communicate and influence across all levels2. Able to demonstrate commercial acumen, think strategically, and make quality decisions.3. Demonstrated experience in creating reports, and interpreting data and analytics.4. Comprehensive understanding of recruitment practices and methodologies.5. Ability to self-manage, prioritised, and attention to detail.6.
