AM - Project Management

Lead various projects at Kohler India Technical Center in Pune
+ Work with global business teams on various projects.

+ Customer interaction, Scope definition, Project Planning, Resource planning

+ Requirements gathering

+ Planning and executing various types of projects.

- NPD - Engineering Projects (Kitchen & Bath, Faucets, Other)

- VAVE projects

- Process Improvements

- Sustainability

- Compliance
+ Support in executing projects on time by following up with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

+ Conducting daily/weekly meetings, follow up with teams to ensure that tasks are completed.

+ Assist in Documenting and publishing the project reports.

+ Assisting for flawless project execution with Project Management in 'disciplined approach'.
Reporting and Continuous Improvement, ISO
+ Initiate and generating various reports (operational metrics)
+ Benchmark and implement various methods to improve productivity and efficiency.

+ Being a part of ISO team executing flawless project documentation.

Experience

5 to 12 years
