We're looking for an Associate Manager - Performance Marketing who can own performance
outcomes end-to-end across Affiliate Marketing, Google (UAC/Search/YouTube), and Meta,
with a strong bias for experimentation and efficiency.
What You'll Do:
? Own and scale performance marketing across Affiliate networks, Google, and Meta
(user acquisition)
? Build a testing engine for creatives, audiences, and funnels
? Drive measurable improvements in CPI/CAC, ROAS, retention, and payback
? Partner closely with Creative, Analytics, and CLM to improve conversion and LTV
? Set up tracking hygiene and attribution alignment across platforms (events, postbacks,
MMP reporting)
Key Responsibilities:
? Media & Growth Ownership
? Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and Affiliates
? Manage budgets, pacing, and performance guardrails with daily reporting
? Build channel-level playbooks (what works, why it works, how to scale)
? Affiliate Marketing
? Onboard, manage, and scale affiliate partners/networks
? Define rules for traffic quality (fraud checks, caps, payout models,
blacklists/whitelists)
? Improve partner performance via offers, creatives, and funnel iteration
? Experimentation & Optimization
? Run structured A/B tests: hooks, creatives etc.
? Diagnose drops across the funnel (click ? install ? activation ? purchase) and fix
with cross-functional action
? Creative Performance
? Write crisp creative briefs: hook hypotheses, angles, personas, CTAs
? Work with creative team to ship high-volume variations and learn fast
? Measurement & Analytics
? Ensure clean event mapping + dashboards (channel, campaign, cohort)
? Monitor anomalies: attribution drift, low-quality traffic, sudden CPI/CAC spikes
Must-Have Skills:
? Proven experience with Affiliate Marketing (partners, payouts, quality controls, fraud
signals)
? Hands-on experience scaling Meta Ads + Google Ads (UAC/Search/YouTube) with
strong optimization depth
? Strong analytical comfort: funnels, cohorts, incrementality thinking, reporting discipline
? Experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer/Singular/Adjust) and deep linking setup
? Knowledge of fraud prevention patterns (click spamming, IP/device anomalies, incentive
abuse)
? Creative-first performance mindset: angles, hooks, iteration velocity
Who You Are

? You're comfortable in high pace and high accountability environments
? You're sharp on execution: clean naming, clean reporting, clean handoffs
Experience
? 3-6 years in performance marketing (startup/agency preferred)
? Clear proof of outcomes: scaled spend with efficiency (CPI/CAC/ROAS), improved
funnel conversion, or profitable affiliate growth
? Comfortable owning targets and explaining results with clarity
