We are seeking a professional and decisive AM Outlet Manager to join our team in Mysuru, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlet during the morning shift, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient management of resources.
Lead and motivate a team of staff members to deliver exceptional customer service
Manage inventory levels, place orders, and control costs to maximize profitability
Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain high quality standards
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health codes
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
Create staff schedules and manage payroll for the morning shift
Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve skills and knowledge

Qualifications
