AM/ Manager - Sales HRBP - FMCG/ Personal Care - 2+ Years - Mumbai
We are looking for a strategic HR partnering position supporting the Professional Sales Division, focused on driving people processes, strengthening performance culture, and enhancing workforce effectiveness across sales teams.

Responsibilities: * Acting as the primary HR partner for sales teams throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Driving recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborating with sales leadership to identify and address talent/skill gaps.
• Managing employee relations concerns and ensuring policy adherence.
• Tracking HR analytics to improve productivity, reduce attrition, and support business decisions.

Requirements: * MBA/PGDM in HR.

• 2-3+ years' experience as Sales HRBP (mandatory).
• Strong exposure to field HR operations and incentive-linked sales structures.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with distributed teams.
• Preferred: Female candidates experienced in managing large on-roll + off-roll sales workforce.
