Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition HRO!
In this role, you will be responsible for being an effective influencer, knowledgeable about the business, and whose impact and value is clear to the client group and HR org alike. The ideal candidate will thrive in a multifaceted and changing environment and have fun while getting a lot of great work done.

Responsibilities

  • Manage operational aspects of the recruitment process
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to manage candidate queries and high focus on customer centricity
  • Ensure candidates and new hires have an excellent experience
  • Facilitate Workday updates as required with candidate/new hire related information
  • Oversee production of key recruitment-related documentation such as offer letters
  • Generate recruitment reporting for stakeholders
  • Support hiring managers and HR business partners with critical requisitions
  • Provide support to the team for critical and complex cases
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members
  • Participate and drive governance meetings with client stakeholders
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
  • Relevant years of experience in supporting US candidate hiring/interactions
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or equivalent education
  • Team leadership experience
  • Deep domain expertise of Talent Acquisition for US Market
  • Required experience in Workday ATS or similar applicant tracking systems
  • Demonstrated competence in managing various HR functional areas such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle management, Employee Support Center
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in contract management
  • Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
  • MBA/external certifications from recognized institutes is an advantage
  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently
  • Ability to work at all levels of the HR \xe2\x80\x9cstack\xe2\x80\x9d - strategic, operational, and tactical
