HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement Manage statutory compliance, grievance handling, and HR documentation Support plant-level HR activities and workforce management

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field 6+ years of HR experience, preferably in

manufacturing industry

Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies Male candidate preferred for this role
