Handling Training & Development Initiatives as required by the Business
Arranging Competency Mapping and Competency Gap analysis of employees
Preparing Training Calendar and arranging Trainings as per Calendar
Coordinating with the Performance Management Processes and ensuring the completion of KPI setting and KPI assessments as per time schedule fixed by the Management
Arranging Employee Engagement Initiatives for bringing employee connect and strengthening employees bonding
Handling Reward and Recognition program for employees
Preparing data for KPI assessment ratings.
Preparing Merit Increase and Variable Pay details annually
Preparing Merit Increase and Variable Pay Letter for employee.
Function criteria
Education: Should be MSW/MBA from reputed Educational Institute.
Experience: 3 to 5 year experience in Medium to large scale Manufacturing Company. Experience of working with HRIS

Fluency in English, Gujarati and Hindi
Hands on experience on ERP systems, MS Office, HRIS Software
